Completion Standard

I The building:

1. One-storey building with a functional attic.

2. Building construction – traditional, external multi-layer walls, clay hollow brick 25 cm thick made of cement-calcareous mortar, 10 cm thick mineral wool insulation and finished with 12 cm thick elevation of clinker brick.

 
3. Densely-ribbed ceiling between floors – Teriva Nova.

 
4.Internal stairs made of reinforced concrete, monolithic.

5.Internal construction walls – clay hollow brick 25cm in thickness.

6.Internal dividing walls – clay hollow bricks 6 and 12 cm thick, on the upper floor made of gypsum-clinker panels on steel grillage with mineral wool filling.

 
7.Chimneys made of full brick, clinker brick over the roof surface.

8.Roof construction – woodworks construction made of pine or spruce tree wood class C 30.

9.Roof covering – cement tiles type Braas made in Środa Wielkopolska in red color.

II Furnishing and equipment:

1. Floors – cement floor.

2. Joinery:

• Garage gate – steel, lifted up.
• PCV windows in white color equipped with external roller blinds.
• Front anti-burglar door with fitting in white
  

 
3. Window sills:

• External - 19 cm long profiles.
• Internal PCV in white color.
  

 
4. Plasters:

• Internal – gypsum.

5. Kitchen furnishing:

• Water/sewage systems installation + electrical wiring.
• Gas supply system.
  

 
6. Bathroom and toilet furnishing.

• Installation points system.
• Water supply outlets.
  

 
7. Water supply installation: polypropylene plumb-lines, built in floor type Z PE-X.

8. Central heating installation:

• Distribution system in floors  / PE-X pipes/ with single function gas furnace with electronic ignition by Viessmann and  120l cubic capacity heat exchanger.
• Steel plate radiators with thermostatic heads.
  

 
9. Electricity supply system made of copper wires placed under plaster.

10. Division of installations into circuits:

• Lighting.
• Plug-in sockets.
  

11. Under-plaster fittings.

12. Doorbell signaling installation.

13. Intercom installation.

14. Radio and television installation – single antenna plug.

 
III Land development plan:

• underground reinforced concrete tank – septic tank without water outlet.
• from the limits of the lot to the main entrance a 1,20 m wide path made of gray set stone 6 cm thick.
• around the building a  band of Gray set stone, 6 cm thick - 0,50 m wide.
• lawns + greenery architecture, garage drive made of gray concrete set stone 6 cm thick.
• 3 sides – coated wire fence; front – posts and clinker underpinning + wooden filling
