The planned investment is located in Poznań at 19 Skoczowska Street and occupies the area between Żeglarska, Kotwicza, Żorska and Masztowa Street, which is party covered with a complex of buildings of an old manor dating back to the early 20th century and being subject to conservator’s protection, and the whole area (3.7ha) with the manor park is separated with a full fence with a historic entrance gate. The aim of our undertaking is building a closed housing development, a specific enclave within Starołęka region – a quarter of Poznań involving the construction of: - 10 multi-family building styled as urban villas,
- adapting the manor building for apartments,
- adapting utility rooms for living apartments
- construction of buildings in terraced alignment
Buildings will be constructed in traditional technology with adjustment to historic buildings. Playgrounds for children, a football pitch and the already existing pond will be separated in the area.
We are planning apartments from 50.00 do 100.00 square meters with an interesting, unconventional layout matching the manor’s and housing development’s climate.
Information about apartments sales will be placed on our Internet website, which you are kindly invited to visit.
